Recipe book


 The Food Redefined project has come to an end. While learning about the new definition of food preparation, 24 students in the profession of nutrition and catering services technician and 6 teachers went on a week-long workshop to partner schools in France, Croatia and Portugal. Mobility to our school took place in October 2022. During the visit to Croatia, our students practiced their skills related to Mediterranean cuisine and the use of natural ingredients. A visit to Portugal enriched our knowledge with zero waste cuisine and bartending workshops. The French taught us how to prepare dishes at low temperatures so that they did not lose their value and how to use organic products. These mobilities took place thanks to the Food Redefined project no. 2020-1-PL01-KA229-081707_1 on the principles of the Erasmus+ Program, school education sector - action KA229. The summary of the activities of the partners from Poland, Portugal, France and Croatia is a book with recipes, published in English and in the form of an e-book.
