Street Food

 


On the second day of the mobility Street Food took place in Kolbuszowa for the first time. Each partner school prepared traditional dishes. Croatian students and teachers prepared traditional pancakes. Students from Portugal prepared Bifana and French cooks prepared wrapes with pumpkin stuffing. Polish cuisine also surprised everyone with molecular ice cream with liquid nitrogen, wheat pancakes with vegetable paste, Russian dumplings, proziak and fruit cocktails full of vitamins and grilled crocodile with plum mousse.
