On September 28, as part of the Food Redefined project, partner schools took a tour of the Sandomierz region. We got acquainted with the most important monuments of this city and took part in an interesting lesson about the history of the royal city. Our culinary journeys are endless because we love to discover everything new. We had the pleasure to learn the stages of production of cheese and wine from family manufactories located in the vicinity of the city - Sandomierska Vineyard and Sandomierska Cheese at Dziedzica.
